PT. Dharma Guna Wibawa : Integrating system for the operational management to increase cost & time effectiveness

PT Dharma Guna Wibawa (PT DGW) is a joint venture company with Hextar Chemicals Sdn, Bhd. Malaysia. Providing the best agriculture agrochemicals supply for the customers.

 

PT DGW hasn't been used ERP software before, all procedure using manuals by excel and local programs but haven't yet summarized ERP technology. The program used is still not integrated, running individually. System for each department is still running manually. All reports are made manually. Especially in the Accounting department, it hasn't been able to produce good, neat reports. Client hoping to produce a better report and having an integrated management system.

 

Based on the condition and constraints revealed by PT DGW, GITS team provides solutions to implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC on cloud with a subscription system. Considering that PT DGW is a Manufacture company, GITS makes mini manufacturing modules or PO modules called sub-con. This solution was created to facilitate the DGW business model that involves a simple, cost-effective manufacturing process without installing a manufacturing module from BC. Cost allocation customization also made for DGW to facilitate the process of purchase-production-inventory-sales.

 

The DGW implementation project has been Go Live and successful. Development of the system is still ongoing to create a more integrated process. The implementation of BC in PT DGW has resulted in an integrated system that facilitates the operational management of PT DGW, thereby increasing cost and time effectiveness.
