IDC Group - Solution for Distribution Company with Multiple Branches

IDC Group is a distributor company with the main product pesticide, covered sales on all around Indonesia Area with 7 Company and 16 Branch.
Before using ERP Dynamics 365 Business Central, IDC Group already used other ERP systems. However, the ERP cannot accommodate the needs of each subsidiary and branch centrally, considering a lot of branches that IDC Group has. Each Subsidiary has its own system so that the Company Holding cannot withdraw reports quickly and thoroughly.

Based on IDC Group condition, GITS team provides Solution to implement Dynamics 365 Business Central on Cloud, by applying type license Essentials. The timeline allocation for the project is 5 months, it must be live in all companies and branches using the Go-Live Big Bang method. There are several custom options to accommodate user needs in the field, one of which is integrating with the Sales Force Automation module.

This Implementation project is Completed in 5 Months for 7 Companies and 16 Branches with Big Bang method. In terms of implementation, it is carried out online due to the Covid 19 pandemic.
